BENEFITS
EWS manages its own warehouse collections for core product ranges, which are available to customers all year round. Our central warehouse contains approx. 1000 different items, which can be delivered within 48 hours.
A well-balanced company capital structure means we are also able to process larger orders. To ensure we can take into account the markets’ increasing quality standards, as well as the ever-important price, we work closely with the TÜV (Technical Inspection Agency), the Hohenstein Institute and other recognised test institutes.
Procurement of sustainably produced items is also becoming increasingly important. The use of sustainably farmed cotton (e.g. organic cotton) and sustainable packaging materials for our products is yet another feature of our service.
Our long-time work on the Far East procurement market has enabled us to develop successful partnerships with agents and producers. These co-operations are always characterised by mutual reliability and trust. Further development and training of suppliers is promoted and required as a result of our staff’s regular trips to production sites.
As a member of the BSCI, EWS also monitors adherence to social standards, as well as the manufacturers’ working conditions. Collaborating with independent institutes is crucial for ensuring these standards are met.
